Churches together In Formby, Altcar and Hightown are staging their annual 'Walk of Witness' on Good Friday, this year.
Last year around 800 people walked down the High Street to the grounds of Formby Pool where they joined in a re-enactment of the trial of Jesus.
In answer to a question about this post.
"It starts from various Churches around Formby. For example the St Anne's Parishioners will leave their Church at 10.30am. On the way they will pick up members from St Peter's, The Christian Fellowship and the United Reform Church. I estimate they will arrive in the village around 11.00am ready for the re-enactment."
