Formby Parish Council Meeting December 2017
Members of Formby Parish Council meet this evening in Formby Library. This will be the last monthly meeting this year.
There are three notices of motion worthy of note. They all involve sums of money totalling £49,500.

All members of the Council are hereby summoned to attend the next ordinary Meeting of the Parish Council, which will be held at Formby Library, Duke Street, Formby, on Tuesday 5 December 2017, at 7.00pm.

4.0 To consider and approve the Minutes of the Ordinary Meeting held on 7 November 2017.
5.0 Matters of Report from Previous Meeting – for information only
6.0 Planning Applications – Sefton’s weekly list email, also available on Sefton Council’s website.
6.1 To note current position on Formby Development Sites in Sefton’s Local Plan.
7.0 To discuss and resolve the following:
7.1 To approve expenditure of up to £4,500 for replacement trees, to include 5 trees on Chapel Lane.
7.2 To approve a donation of up to a maximum of £20,000 towards reinstating the play park at Smithy Green, subject to confirmation that funding is available from other sources and that SMBC will continue to maintain and manage the park. This is conditional on the design being approved by the Parish Council.
7.3 To approve a donation of £25,000 for the Formby High School community sports project. This is part of a £50,000 contribution; the second £25,000 will be allocated in the 2018/19 budget.
